Learning and Organizational Change

In partnership with others, we align conversations, thoughts and organizational and individual behaviours to strengthen and sustain the culture we need to achieve our PHC goals.

We do this by:

  • Developing and delivering leadership development workshops and pathways
  • Coaching leaders and emerging leaders who wish to go from good to great
  • Coaching leaders to have difficult and/or learning conversations
  • Creating and delivering team development programs
  • Providing advice and support for team engagement
  • Conducting team satisfaction and engagement surveys
  • Providing advice and support for projects requiring a significant change in mindset and behaviour
