The aim of this site is to provide information and tools for PHC leaders to use to lead staff and manage operations. It is being developed by a working group of leaders and is still under construction so please give us your feedback to ensure the site is current and useful.

Please note: Throughout the site you may see referenced the title Operations Leader or OL. The new title for these Providence leaders is Patient Care Manager or PCM. Any information regarding the former title applies to current Patient Care Managers.
