Program Target Census

We currently have organizational census targets, as established jointly with VCH, for the P4P process. 

We have started to rollout program-based targets. We have reduced the seasonal variation in the targets for the programs by about 50% to support a better connection between the funded bed base and the number of patients the program has on-service in the building. 

This is a more clinically understandable approach than the fluctuating seasonal targets that were used perviously.
