Gradual Return to Work (GRTW)

Gradual Return to Work (GRTW) is a program that allows you to gradually return to your own occupation.  The Occupational Health Department works with your physician to ensure that you return to work safely. 

Once your physician has medically cleared you to participate in a GRTW program, and provides your restrictions/limitations, the Occupational Health Department will arrange the return to work with your Operations Leader and your Union Representative.  There is no meeting required unless you have a complex return to work.
