The Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) available through Homewood Health is a professional, confidential, and proactive service to support you with a wide range of personal, family, and work-related concerns. Through this program, you and your immediate dependent family members have access to a full range of health and wellness services, including:

For help if you are feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or in crisis about any issue.

Life Smart Coaching Services

For guidance if, for example, you are: dealing with a parenting challenge; having to care for an elderly relative; wanting to rekindle your intimate relationship; needing to consolidate debt; facing a legal dispute; seeking to understand the grieving process following significant loss; aiming to improve lifestyle and health habits; and/or hoping to advance your career.
