Employee Check-In Survey

Our Check-in Survey (required for our accreditation in 2017, and originally scheduled for Oct 2015) will be conducted from Oct 17 – Nov 4, 2016. We will be using Accreditation Canada’s worklife pulse tool.  

Check-in Liaisons are needed to localize the survey effort for their group by helping to distribute information and ‘thank-you’ buttons.
