Preparing for New Employees
- Orientation is required for all new PHC employees. Contact Staffing to arrange orientation shifts and confirm the number of orientation sessions required (as there are three different types of orientation, depending on your role and experience: New Employee Orientation, General Nursing Orientation, New Grad Orientation (nurse specific).
- For Allied Health employees, liase with a Professional Practice Leader to arrange a well-rounded interprofessional orientation
