New Employee Orientation (Human Resources)

New Employee Orientation (NEO) is for new employees with Providence Health Care. Employees transferring from one job to another should not be attending. 

• New Employee Orientation runs from 0830 to 1230 (please advise attendees to arrive at 8:10 am), in the Cullen Family Lecture Theatre. 
• How to Register - Employee's are registered by the Operations Leader when they are hired into the posting in HR Connect. 
• There's also an available New Leader Orientation Guide available on PHC Connect.

Unit-specific Orientation

Identify who in your area arranges and organizes the unit-specific orientations.

Ensure appropriate requests have been submitted for:

• Email/webmail address, computer access
• Any required software, e.g., SCM
• Phone, office, keys, etc.
• Access and photo ID
