Mental Health & Mental Wellness

A number of sources at PHC—including findings from our organizational work in 2014 to address sick-time and overtime rates, PHC long-term disability rates and research studies by the Canadian Mental Health Commission—indicate a significant prevalence of mental health issues impacting our staff and leaders.

Doing as much as we can organizationally to ensure that staff have the resources and supports that enable them to have rich, healthy and productive work and personal lives is of utmost importance.

PHC’s Staff Mental Health and Mental Wellness initiative includes a comprehensive online toolkit.  For more information, tools & resources, please visit: www.staffmentalhealth.providencehealthcare.org
