Disability Management

If an employee is struggling to stay at work or is off work due to an injury/illness, connect with your Occupational Health Advisor (OHA).  All information shared with Occupational Health is confidential.

Your OHA will work with the employee and their treatment provider(s) to help them continue working during treatment.  If they are already off work, the OHA will help facilitate their return to work by coordinating with you, your staff, their treatment provider(s) and union representative (if applicable).

The Occupational Health & Safety Department may also be able to facilitate appointments with specialists, treatment plans, or expedite diagnostics.
