• If they have been successful in the interview, the next step is to notify the candidate and ask that they provide three references (two must be direct supervisors, and most recent). As per the PHC Reference Checking Policy, please collect the references from the applicant utilizing the PHC Reference Check template and submit them to your Recruitment Advisor. (Do not make any promises to the candidate until HR completes reference checks.) 
  • If applicant is not successful in the interview, please provide notes and reasons why to your Recruitment Advisor.

  • If reference checks are positive, then you may work with the Recruitment Advisor to set the wage/create the offer for the applicant (* this does not apply for HEU positions).
